SITE NAVIGATION
Click on the category name from menu located on the left. Available items will be displayed in the middle of the page. First 4 items will be displayed. Click button next to go to the next page.
Other web site components are available from top horizontal menu.
PRODUCT SEARCH
Product search form is located on the right side of the screen. In order to avoid mistakes you can use partial names in the search.
Example: To search for packaging you may enter pack and search will return all items contain word pack in it.
REGISTRATION
Customer registration is absolutely free and provides you with number of benefits, such as:
Place orders/quotes
Shop online
Track your orders/quotes
Manage your information
Receive e-mail updates and promotions
Registration form that you fill will be processed within 24-48 hours by site operator. Your password will be sent to you via email. If you want to place order immediately please contact us for assistance.
SHOPPING CART
You can place order by simply click on the button “add to cart” located under each product listing. You will be prompted to register or to login (for registered customers).
After login procedure you will be able to preview your shopping cart. If you are interesting in purchasing only one particular item, than you can click continue and process to the checkout, otherwise click on the button “keep shopping” and add more items to your shopping cart. When finished you may want to change quantity of ordered items by simply typing a desired number in the “quantity” field. Do not forget to click recalculate if you have changed quantities on your shopping cart. If you decide to not to order one or number of items you can click on “remove” link located beside each product record on your shopping cart. Click “continue” when your shopping cart is complete. (see “ORDERING”)
ORDERING
Order form will display all items previously added to the shopping cart and billing information. If you want to ship your order to the different address, please uncheck “Shipping address is same as billing address” and you will be prompted to enter shipping address. Please click button “continue” when finished. Please note, that minimum order is set for each location and you may receive a pop-up window with information on your minimal order. You may go back and revise items you have ordered or contact us directly if you want to discuss special delivery option. Please note, that we do not process any payments online. Our representative will contact you to arrange the most convenient method of payment.
