RETURNS POLICY:
*TJ Trading Co. Inc. MUST authorize all returns.
*An authorization number to be quoted on the return slip must be obtained from our Customer Service Department prior to being shipped.
*All returns except those due to errors of TJ Trading Co. Inc. must be shipped pre-paid.
*All claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
*Other than damages, all merchandise authorized for return must be in original packages, free of all price stickers and in re-saleable condition.
